This sale marks the second property the couple has parted with in recent months. In August, Kerr sold her Malibu home, which she had owned for a decade, for $4.1 million, as reported by Realtor.com.
The Brentwood residence, spanning approximately 7,100 square feet on a 0.8-acre lot, was originally designed in 1951 by architect Gerard Colcord. The traditional-style main house boasts a double-height foyer, a formal dining room with a fireplace, and a living room that opens to a spacious terrace. The home features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, including a primary suite with high ceilings, a marble bathroom, two large closets, and a balcony offering stunning city views.
Additional highlights of the property include a two-story guest house, a large swimming pool, and a pool house equipped with a catering kitchen.
Kerr, 41, and Spiegel, 34, who married in 2017, now reside in Holmby Hills on a sprawling two-parcel property reportedly purchased for a combined $145 million, according to the New York Post. Representatives for Kerr and Spiegel did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
