What should you do when you have a headache?

Many people experience headaches for one reason or another, and these symptoms often interfere with daily activities.

In the worst cases, headaches become annoying and make it difficult for you to concentrate on work.

But even in everyday life, that unexplained pain becomes unbearable even when we are resting.

In most cases, headaches go away on their own and are not a sign of something more serious.

Headaches can last 30 minutes, a few hours, or even days.

But what can you do to relieve the pain. Things to avoid and things to implement.

-Drink plenty of water;

-Get plenty of rest, even if you have a cold or flu;

-Try to relax – stress can make headaches worse;

-Take paracetamol;

-Try to stay home and avoid contact with other people if you also have a high fever or are not feeling well enough to carry out your normal activities.

Things you should not do

-Do not drink alcohol;

-Do not skip meals;

-Do not sleep more than usual, as it can worsen the headache;

-Do not strain your eyes for a long time.
