Trump declares Blinken “non grata” in federal offices

Donald Trump is stripping former US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and several former senior officials from Joe Biden’s administration of their right to continue receiving daily intelligence briefings from US intelligence agencies.

Blinken and others are even banned from entering these institutions altogether, according to a new order signed by the White House chief.

Trump made this known in an exclusive interview with the New York Post, where he said: “Bad guy. Take away his pass. Take away every right they have, including that of entering federal buildings.”

The White House chief accuses Blinken of being one of the instigators of suspicions that Trump secretly collaborated with Moscow during the 2016 presidential campaign when he won his first term, which were dismissed.

The same order also applies to Jake Sullivan, the national security adviser to the Biden administration. A few days ago, Joe Biden was also excluded from the right to access intelligence data. Biden made the same decision against Trump as soon as he took office in 2021.
