A man from North Carolina struck gold with a $138,000 lottery prize, all thanks to his mother’s suggestion.
Savion Lytle, a resident of Rock Hill, shared that he had never bought a lottery ticket until he decided to follow his mother’s advice.
“My mom was the one who encouraged me to play,” he explained.
On his very first attempt, Lytle struck it rich, winning an impressive $138,000.
“It was my first time playing the lottery,” he remarked.
He plans to use a portion of his winnings to pay for trade school, where he hopes to pursue a career in welding.
