Kylie Kelce shared that she’s “glad” her husband Jason Kelce has been openly discussing the idea of getting a vasectomy after welcoming their fourth baby, a daughter named Finnley, in March.
Kylie Kelce might be done drafting players to her team.
One month after she and her husband Jason Kelce welcomed their fourth baby girl, Finnley, the Not Gonna Lie podcast host revealed that she’s not opposed to the idea of the former Philadelphia Eagles player getting a vasectomy.
“My husband was on a podcast recently and was referencing a vasectomy,” Kylie told Amanda Hirsch on the April 22 episode of her Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. “I was like, ‘I’m glad you’re throwing that out into the universe.’”
And the couple—who also share daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2—have considered the idea privately as well, with Kylie noting that the pair have “been in discussions” about the subject.
However, that doesn’t mean the plan is set in stone yet.
“I’ve always said I wanted four kids [and] room for, like, one pleasant surprise,” Kylie explained. “If we had five kids, I’d be like, ‘OK, that’s enough. We need to stop.’”
But while the 33-year-old may be undecided as of right now on baby No. 5, she knew adding a fourth addition to their family felt right. In fact, prior to getting pregnant with Finnley, Kylie shared that she would often become overwhelmed by a sense that someone was missing.
“When [Bennett] hit about a year and some change, I had this moment of ‘Oh, I forgot one’ because I kept thinking I forgot the baby,” she recalled. “And then I’m like ’S–t no. All my toddlers are here.’ I had three kids.”
Noting that the “switch that happened was when our youngest really started acting like a toddler,” Kylie continued, “My brain started saying, ‘You’re forgetting the baby.'”

Once she got the idea in her head, the former field hockey player admitted that she struggled to get it out.
“I did not approach our third as if it were going to be my last,” Kylie added, “and so I have this mental block where I think that one more baby is right.”
As for Jason, the 37-year-old previously shared that he was open to the idea of the “V-word” after watching Kylie go through her pregnancy journey with baby No. 4.
“I think Kylie’s about coming to the end of wanting to pop these things out,” Jason said on the Feb. 21 episode of The Steam Room podcast. “I think this pregnancy has been a long one for her.”
