Pennsylvania Emergency Responders Track Loose Cow on Highway
Firefighters and police in Pennsylvania responded to reports of a cow roaming freely on a highway near traffic lanes.
The Lackawanna County Communications Center stated that emergency crews were dispatched around 8:15 p.m. Monday after a call about a loose cow along Interstate 84 near Sepko Road in Madison Township.
Footage shared on the NEPA News: Live Facebook page shows Pennsylvania State Police and firefighters using drone cameras to track and chase the cow along the highway, according to the Telegraph.
Another video depicts crews from Madisonville working to guide the cow off the highway and onto a nearby side road.
Authorities confirmed that the highway remained open during the incident, and no injuries were reported related to the cow’s presence.
