Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is confronting a new sexual assault lawsuit, this time initiated by a male photographer who claims he was coerced into performing a sexual act in exchange for a “career boost.”
The lawsuit, filed in the New York State Supreme Court, identifies the plaintiff as “John Doe” and alleges that the incident took place during a commercial shoot in either 2022 or 2023.
According to the complaint, Doe was instructed to escort Diddy back to the set, but the rapper instead invited him to his trailer, where he allegedly had sexual intentions, as reported by DailyMail.
“If you do it right, I’ll help you with your career,” Diddy is said to have told him, suggesting that refusing could jeopardize his professional future. Under this pressure, Doe claims he acquiesced to Diddy’s demands.
In a statement to DailyMail.com, Diddy’s representatives categorically denied the allegations, asserting that he “has never sexually assaulted or trafficked any person, male or female,” and expressing confidence in the fairness of the legal process.
Currently, Diddy is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and has faced similar lawsuits in the past, which he has consistently denied.
The plaintiff’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, has vowed to take the case seriously, claiming a commitment to seek justice for his client.
As the situation unfolds, it remains to be seen how this case will progress through the court system.
