George Clooney (63) has been happily married to human rights lawyer Amal Clooney (47) for over a decade, and the Hollywood star maintains his assertion that they have never had a disagreement.
In a recent interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings, the actor expressed surprise at the reaction to his claim, revealing that he and Amal have yet to experience a single fight.
Recalling a previous appearance on the show, he noted, “I remember we were at your house once before and said we had never fought. We still haven’t. We’re actually trying to find a reason to fight,” he shared with a laugh.
“I’m incredibly fortunate to have met such an extraordinary woman. I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot. Not a day goes by that I don’t consider myself the luckiest person in the world. It’s truly amazing,” he added.
George and Amal got engaged in April 2014, secured their marriage license in August, and tied the knot on September 27, 2014, at Ca’ Farsetti in Italy. The couple welcomed twins Ella and Alexander on June 6, 2017.
