Katy Perry left a fan speechless during a concert with an unexpected and humorous remark.
While on her 84-date Las Vegas world tour, she was in a lively mood. During a show in Nevada, she decided to lighten the atmosphere with a joke in the middle of her performance.
As she sang “I’m His, He’s Mine” from her 2024 album, Katy approached the edge of the stage wearing a tank top and fishnet stockings, then stopped to address a fan named Kyle, who was texting on his phone.
“I know why you’re here. Listen, if you keep texting my husband… you’ve been doing this for months, since I’ve been performing here. You didn’t come here for me. If you keep texting my husband, we’re going to kick you out. Get a life,” she said playfully.

Then she cheekily referenced her song: “Kylie doesn’t love you. I’m his wife. I’m his, he’s mine.”
Kyle later shared a recording of the moment on X (formerly Twitter) and explained that the incident started because he wanted Katy to sing one of his favorite old songs. He had asked her husband, Orlando Bloom, for help.
The audience loved the moment, and after Kyle posted the clip, his followers commented: “Kyle, she didn’t hold back! I’m crying with laughter,” “I thought she was serious and felt sorry for you,” and “People don’t realize it’s all part of the performance.”
As a reminder, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom met in 2016 at a party following the Golden Globes. They briefly broke up in 2017 but reunited and got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019. In August 2020, they welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove.
