The rapper weighs 222 kilograms, sued the taxi driver after he told her she couldn’t get into his car

American rapper Dank Demoss is suing a taxi driver and the company she works for after he refused her a ride saying she was “too fat to fit in the car,” considering she weighs over 440 pounds.

Demoss sued Lyft after one of the company’s drivers told her she was too big to fit in his car.

The rapper, who previously revealed she weighs nearly 450 pounds, claims the incident occurred earlier this month in Detroit when a Lyft driver drove away in his car and promptly closed the door.

“I can fit in this car,” the rapper said in a video she posted to social media on Jan. 19.

The driver told her, “Trust me, you can’t,” later adding that there was no room in the back and his tires wouldn’t be able to handle the weight.

Demoss previously claimed to weigh 550 pounds, but she later told fans she weighed 450 pounds.

“I’ve been in cars smaller than that,” she told FOX2 after the lawsuit. “I just want them to know that this hurt my feelings.”

A Lyft spokesperson told The Post that the company could not comment on specific incidents covered by the lawsuits, but they condemned the discrimination.
