Gal Gadot Shares Harrowing Experience of Life-Threatening Pregnancy Complications
Actress Gal Gadot has opened up about a life-threatening health crisis she faced in March of last year during her pregnancy.
The challenges arose when she was diagnosed with cerebral venous thrombosis in her eighth month of pregnancy, following weeks of excruciating headaches. This condition led to surgery to address a blood clot in her brain.
“I was terrified. In that moment, I truly understood what it means to fear death,” Gadot expressed. “If my story can help anyone else facing similar issues, I hope they know to seek medical attention.”
She recounted how her ordeal began with intense headaches that persisted for three weeks. “I had a blood clot in my brain—a significant one. In fact, I had three clots,” she revealed, emphasizing the importance of listening to one’s body. “Our bodies are constantly trying to communicate with us. It’s vital to pay attention and get checked. It’s always better to seek medical advice than to ignore potential issues,” the renowned star stressed.
