Victoria Beckham has announced the appointment of Sybille Darricarrère Lunel as the new Chief Executive Officer of her brand, effective July 1, 2025. She will take over from Ralph Toledano, who previously held the CEO position, as reported exclusively by WWD.
Darricarrère Lunel joins the company from Christian Dior Couture, where she led the leather goods division, managing the global product portfolio in that category. Her extensive experience includes leadership roles at Galeries Lafayette and The Kooples.
“I am thrilled to welcome Sybille as our new CEO,” said Victoria Beckham, the brand’s founder and creative director. “I am excited to have a strong, creative, intelligent woman with an entrepreneurial spirit on board, as she has the vision and energy to elevate our brand to new heights.”
This appointment comes at a time when Victoria Beckham is focused on strengthening her business. In recent years, the brand has enhanced its financial performance, expanded its product offerings, and fine-tuned its pricing strategy to maintain its luxury image while reaching a broader audience. “I have always admired the brand’s feminine, elegant, and modern aesthetic, which empowers women,” remarked Darricarrère Lunel.
“With Sybille’s inherent entrepreneurial drive, the time is right for us,” stated David Belhassen, founder and CEO of NEO Investment Partners, which holds a majority stake in Victoria Beckham’s business. “She is the ideal partner to help shape the next chapter for Victoria Beckham—a chapter characterized by ambition, creativity, and significant growth.”
