Bieber delivered a performance featuring explicit lyrics, positioning the camera close to his face while making expressive hand gestures.
At one point during the livestream, he covered his head with an orange blanket.
Clips from the broadcast quickly went viral, drawing concern from fans regarding the Canadian singer’s well-being.
One commenter remarked, “We can’t ignore it any longer. This poor guy needs help.”
