Beyoncé, Jay-Z, and Gloria Estefan Subpoenaed as Witnesses in Diddy Lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs Faces Human Trafficking Lawsuit: Allegations Emerge in Florida

Sean “Diddy” Combs, the American rapper and music mogul, has been hit with serious human trafficking allegations in a lawsuit filed in Florida, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

The plaintiff, Joseph Manzaro, alleges that he was “drugged, transported against his will, and raped as a victim of a well-coordinated criminal organization operating since 2015.” The lawsuit names several defendants, including Brendan Paul, described as Diddy’s drug courier, Emilio Estefan—husband of singer Gloria Estefan—and Adria English, a former adult film actress who previously filed a separate lawsuit against Diddy in 2024 for sex trafficking.

In the lawsuit, Manzaro claims he was drugged and taken against his will to a “crazy” party at the Estefans’ Miami mansion, where Diddy was celebrating his son’s birthday. According to his account, when he partially regained consciousness, he found himself exposed and half-naked in front of notable figures, including rapper Jay-Z and his wife, singer Beyoncé.

Although Jay-Z and Beyoncé are not named as defendants in the lawsuit, Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, confirmed to Fox News Digital that his client was not present in Florida at the time of the alleged incident. Beyoncé’s representatives have not yet commented on the matter.

The lawsuit claims that Gloria Estefan witnessed Manzaro in critical condition and reportedly urged, “Call an ambulance.” However, it is alleged that her husband, Emilio, quickly silenced her and removed her from the situation.

Manzaro further states that he spotted basketball star LeBron James at the party, who allegedly told Gloria Estefan, “You have to do something about this.” The lawsuit claims that Adria English identified herself as “Diddy’s personal sexual assistant” and led Manzaro through a hidden tunnel connecting the Estefans’ residence to Diddy’s.

A particularly shocking moment recounted in the lawsuit describes Manzaro entering a room with Jay-Z and Beyoncé, where Beyoncé allegedly expressed disbelief at the sight of him, asking, “What is this? What is this? Why is this half-naked white man with a mask over his private parts standing here in front of me?”

Another defendant, Eric Mejias, reportedly responded, “Diddy wants him to see what happens to the spies. This is part of his punishment.” The documents allege that Diddy ordered Manzaro to be paraded through several rooms filled with onlookers while he was taunted and told to “get naked.”

The lawsuit details a series of alleged sexual assaults and unwanted acts before Manzaro was locked in a small room, where he encountered Jacob “The Jeweler” Arobo, who allegedly asked, “What’s going on with this guy? Why are you looking at me with a mask on?”

Gloria Estefan again attempted to intervene, calling for medical help, but was allegedly stopped by Emilio. Manzaro claims he was subsequently taken to a “gang house,” where he was brutally beaten.

In response to the allegations, Diddy’s representatives labeled them as “untrue and absurd,” stating, “This lawsuit shows the lengths to which people are willing to go for attention and money. No sane person would believe this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to exposing the truth in court.”

Representatives for LeBron James denied the allegations, asserting he was not in Miami during the time of the alleged events. “This is patently false and not even reportable,” a spokesperson said, noting that LeBron was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers at the time.

Likewise, Jay-Z’s attorney emphasized, “Mr. Carter was not in Florida at the time, and his easily verifiable public activities prove it. This is another absurd claim that undermines faith in our justice system.”

Both Gloria and Emilio Estefan have denied the allegations, asserting they have documentation proving that no parties took place at their property between 2012 and 2019. “Gloria and Emilio Estefan strongly deny these allegations. The home in question was not their residence, but a property used by the family. No parties were held there during the period in question. We have all the necessary documents and will present them to the court,” their representative stated.

Diddy has been under investigation for human trafficking since March 2024 and now faces federal charges of criminal conspiracy, sex trafficking through force, fraud, coercion, and transportation for prostitution. He is currently being held in custody in Brooklyn, New York, after being denied bail three times, including a request for $50 million.

If convicted, he could face a minimum of 15 years in prison, with the potential for a life sentence.
