Todd Chrisley is back with his family.
The Chrisley Knows Best alum reunited with his daughter Savannah Chrisley May 28 after being released from a federal prison in Pensacola, Fla., where he was serving his sentence for tax evasion and bank fraud charges before being pardoned by President Donald Trump.
Savannah shared a glimpse of their car ride home to her Instagram Stories, in which Todd can be heard joking around about building his physique during his sentence.
“Feel my muscles,” Todd tells Savannah, to which the 27-year-old confirms that he’s “jacked.”
Earlier in the day, Savannah appeared to make a pit stop as she traveled to pick up her dad, posting a photo of a nearby burger stop on her social media.
While the pardon also secured the early release of Todd’s wife Julie Chrisley, she was incarcerated states away in Lexington, Ky., and was not present for the initial reunion between Todd and Savannah.
The couple still had several years remaining on their respective sentences before the pardon. Todd was previously set to remain behind bars until April 2032 while Julie was to remain in custody until January 2028.
After Trump revealed his intention to pardon the couple—who were found guilty in 2022 despite maintaining their innocence in the case—Savannah shared her emotional reaction to the good news.

“Both my parents are coming home tonight or tomorrow and I still don’t believe it’s real,” she said in a video posted on Instagram May 27. “I’m freaking out.”
Savannah also thanked her family’s supporters for “sticking with” them amid their legal saga.

“I just can’t thank you guys enough,” she continued. “They’re coming. My parents get to start their lives over.”
Meanwhile, Savannah’s brother Kyle Chrisley—whom Todd shares with ex-wife Teresa Terry—celebrated the pardon as well despite his ongoing estrangement from his family.
“I’m ecstatic,” the 33-year-old exclusively told E! News. “Truly. I just found out a little bit ago and I still just can’t believe it.”
Kyle also expressed his hope that his parents’ fresh start might also be a turning point in his relationship with them.
“I know they can’t wait to get home and just be with family,” he shared, “and I’m going to remain hopeful that another reconciliation is possible.”
