Irish Soccer Star Megan Campbell Sets Guinness World Record for Farthest Ball Thrown
Irish soccer player Megan Campbell, renowned for her exceptional shooting ability, has set a new Guinness World Record for the longest soccer ball throw.
The 31-year-old athlete launched a ball over 27 meters, earning the prestigious title.
To claim the record, Campbell needed to surpass the Guinness World Records benchmark of 34 meters, making her the first woman to hold this achievement.
Reflecting on her accomplishment, Campbell humorously remarked, “I think my record might stand for about a week until someone else tries to beat it.”
