Unusual Incident Delays Delta Flight from Minneapolis to Madison Due to Pigeons on Board
A Delta flight traveling from Minneapolis to Madison, Wisconsin, experienced an unexpected delay after two pigeons somehow found their way onto the aircraft, catching passengers and crew off guard.
A video circulating online captures one of the birds flying freely inside the cabin while a passenger attempts to catch it using a jacket.
According to reports from US media, baggage handlers were called to assist and successfully removed one of the pigeons from the plane.
However, as the aircraft was preparing to taxi, a second pigeon appeared inside the cabin. This prompted the pilot to contact air traffic control, leading to a return to the gate for the safety and removal of the second bird.
